Head injury is an injury is very serious and very real, but it is very difficult for prosecutors to prove in court. Juries can not “see” a head injury, and diagnostic tests is often normal even clear if the defects. This leads to a brain injury accident victims and insurance companies systematically underpaid, the defense in these proceedings to choose more aggressive in court.
Another common problem is that lawyers and several injuries often do not understand, influence, such as multiple injuries and can aggravate symptoms of traumatic brain injury. This interaction of multiple injuries – and that is quite common after a serious car accident – resulting in a “combined effect” caused by accident, influenced each of these injuries and is often the worst abuses of the other. This creates a vicious circle that causes so many seriously injured accident victims deteriorate over time – think of it as the combined effect of multiple injuries caused a vicious circle of interaction of the symptoms of head trauma, other injuries to physical fatigue, depression and pain – all influences each other and make each one worse.
How many doctors to treat the multiple injuries and chronic pain will tell if people with injuries, back problems have also not by multiplication. With multiple injuries, unfortunately, 1 + 1 does not always equal two. Many accident victims are starting in this vicious circle of declining accident aggravate each other and worsen constant pain, fatigue and lack of sleep, which makes everything worse.
People with brain injuries often depression
It is common in scientific and medical literature that people who suffer from traumatic brain injury often accepted suffer from depression. Many doctors criticize the defense of accident victims “simulation” ignore the fact that depression or chronic pain (or both) to be someone who have this type of injury. But it is far more reasonable explanation of why an accident worse results over time to improve on repeated neuropsychological tests, or in life, instead of them, because these doctors are still waiting for the defense.
Long, Iverson, and Rose has conducted a study to “examine the impact of depression on the reporting of post-concussion symptoms and patients after a mild traumatic brain injury.” These researchers confirmed that people were with slight trauma, bruises and depression significantly more symptoms of post-concussion and that these symptoms were more severe concussion that people who suffer from depression and those who have suffered traumatic brain injuries.
